At Dairy One, there have been recent updates to the team. Below, learn more about these changes and how they will help customers and the organization.
Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Named
Dairy One promoted John Gloss to the first-ever Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Ebru Arslan to the inaugural Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position.
As COO, Gloss will be in charge of groups that service customers, including Dairy Herd Information (DHI) Services, Integrated Farming Solutions, Agriculture Consulting Services, and the many Dairy One Laboratories, including Milk, Forage, and Soil. Meanwhile, as CFO, Arslan will be in charge of the accounting and HR teams in the cooperative. Both Gloss and Arslan look forward to working with these teams.
Agricultural Consulting Services Creates New Team
Agricultural Consulting Services (ACS) recently promoted three individuals on their team and created a new group to focus on GIS needs and its developing agronomy platform. Matthew Fox was promoted to the position of Agronomy Services Manager, while Rob Cassidy and Joe Mainville received new job titles and will be the inaugural members of the Agronomy Information Services team.
The Agronomy Information Services team was created to support the GIS needs of ACS and support the continued building of the new ACS agronomy platform. The team is currently focusing on building out the tools to support sampling, variable rate prescriptions, and farmstead mapping. Joe Mainville has been promoted to the Agronomy Information Services Manager, and Rob Cassidy is the GIS Technician on the team.
Matthew Fox was promoted as the Agronomy Service Manager to replace Joe Mainville. Matthew has been a part of ACS for the last five years and previously served as the team leader for the Central and Eastern service areas. The Agronomy Services team at ACS provides in-field services and database support for ACS Consultants and custom sampling services across three states.
